Queen of Snow Storms

The weatherman called for snow as we tracked through the woods to a secluded field of snow. Snowflakes fell steadily as we captured a stunning Snow Queen. The neutral colors that I find myself hating this time of year were slowly covered by a soft blanket of pure white. The crown of ice stood tall and a fur coat was the queen's only shelter. Through the woods, we walked and found, a whimsical waterfall, half-frozen in the snow was the perfect place for her to call home.
